I grew up in Portland, OR and received my Degree of Dental Medicine from Oregon Health Sciences University in 2002. While in residency I received many “Rose Awards” which was awarded to dentists with most patient satisfaction.

I am a member of ADA, CDA, San Diego Dental society, and Academy of General Dentistry.

I am the chair of New Dentist Committee in San Diego. I am also involved with many volunteer/charity organizations such as Give Kids a Smile.

I love dentistry and take pride in my work. Most patients are fearful of being in the dental chair, and my goal is to make them feel comfortable and at ease so they can achieve a beautiful and healthy smile.

Dr. Penman DDS 

Pediatric Dentist

Dr Penman received his dental degree and pediatric certificate from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. He has specialized in pediatric dentistry for over 20 years. He enjoys running, playing soccer, and spending time with his three children. 

Marco Savittieri, DDS.

Anesthesiologist

Dr. Savittieri currently lives and practices in San Diego. He is a diplomate for the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology and the American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologists. He holds current Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification. Dr. Savittieri loves his job, which perfectly combines his passion for science and enthusiasm for quality patient care. Most of his practice is dedicated to pediatric and special needs patients. He is also devoted to servicing dental-phobic adult and geriatric patients, with complex medical conditions, requiring extensive dental rehabilitation.
